French Interior Minister on Riots
A report has emerged revealing that the French Interior Minister admitted that the riots spiraled out of control due to police overstepping the scene, taking responsibility and offering his resignation, which Macron refused to accept. Widespread protests in France included demonstrations initiated by students, unions, and workers, during which violence, vandalism, and looting occurred. These unrests led to the arrest of over 2,000 individuals and injuries to more than 600 security personnel. The delegation participating in the protests was expressing their discontent over rising living costs. Global political leaders, such as Le Pen and Zakharova, confirmed that these protests and the loss of public trust indicate a decline in citizens' confidence in the authorities.
