Hazar delayed infrastructure impacts growth
Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, warned that delays in building data centers will lead to higher computing costs and threaten economic growth, especially with the increasing demand for artificial intelligence. He emphasized that rapidly establishing data centers is essential to reduce costs and expand computing capabilities, as the current rise in computing expenses makes expansion even more critical. He also pointed out that slow progress in construction exposes the economy to greater risks, amid rising investor concerns about the continuation of the AI boom and the challenges of translating spending into productive profits, amid rising U.S. bond yields and a fiscal deficit approaching two trillion dollars.
