Turkey PKK warns against politicizing peace
The article focuses on evaluating and advancing the peace process between the Turkish government and the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), despite the withdrawal of militants and the clearing out of some shelters in northern Iraq. Kurdish leaders condemn Turkey's lack of practical measures and its stubbornness in creating a legal and political environment that would enable the implementation of resolution decisions and the liberation of Öcalan. They warn against politicizing and exploiting the process for political reasons. They also emphasize that implementing the "Framework Law" is a vital necessity, and that genuine progress in peace will foster regional stability. Additionally, there are calls to activate democratic reforms and hold early elections to resolve Turkey's political and internal crises.
