Chinese-Arab cooperation in low-altitude economy advances
The article discusses enhancing cooperation between China and Arab countries in the field of low-altitude economy by developing integrated advanced aerial mobility systems, particularly in the United Arab Emirates. Chinese company "Aredge" announced the signing of an agreement with a local entity in Ras Al Khaimah to establish a regulatory test zone for this sector, aiming to evaluate and certify aerial mobility technologies through demonstration flights. The company owns "Land-Based Aircraft Carrier" type flying cars capable of transporting over a thousand kilometers, with previous test flights conducted in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, and purchase orders exceeding 600 units. The goal of this collaboration is to move from individual tests to a fully operational integrated system, with a focus on safety standards and regulations.
