Armed assault hits Israeli reserve near Hebron
An armed attack occurred near the Judea Junction south of Hebron on Friday morning, resulting in several injuries, according to the Israeli military statement. The army confirmed the killing of two suspects and continued a search operation for others. At least two people were injured—one unconscious and the other with minor wounds—and they received medical treatment. Estimates suggest that the attack most likely targeted a squad of Israeli reserve soldiers, after which the attackers opened fire and then fled. Security forces are continuing to investigate the incident.
