Tehran has submitted a nuclear proposal to Washington through Qatari mediation, setting out seven demands. The U.S. administration is reviewing it without disclosing the demands in full. According to Iran’s Foreign Ministry, the plan includes lifting the naval blockade of Iranian ports, easing sanctions on oil exports, and reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran proposed carrying it out within two days rather than seven. Iran has tied the resumption of nuclear negotiations to verification that its conditions have been met, while Qatar continues its mediation efforts amid disagreements between the two sides.
