Israel readies to pause Lebanon ground actions
The Israeli forces are preparing to halt ground operations in southern Lebanon amid negotiations between the United States and Iran, with reports indicating that the political leadership might issue an order to stop advancing on the ground and to reduce attacks on the area, in order to preserve the upcoming agreement between Washington and Tehran. Nevertheless, the forces continue to target specific sites, especially around the city of Nabatiyeh, to secure their strategic interests, with Israeli officials confirming that a final withdrawal from the security zone has not yet been decided.
