Security authorities have launched a campaign to regulate examination papers for the "Baccalaureate" that are threatened with smuggling out of Iraq. A failed attempt was thwarted to smuggle 61 exam booklets from Baghdad International Airport to Sweden. It was revealed that some of these booklets were blank, while others contained model answers. The Ministry of Education denied that these papers were related to current exams and confirmed that an investigation is ongoing to determine how they left the institutions. Meanwhile, security measures such as cutting internet services and preventing tampering with the exam process are hindering the leak of questions, despite suspicions of manipulation and exaggerations in the results of some students. The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs also denied the involvement of diplomats or their families in the issue, clarifying that Iraqi schools abroad are managed by the Ministry of Education and stating that legal action will be taken against the dissemination of false information.
