Seventy Thousand Perform Friday Prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Approximately 70,000 Palestinian worshippers performed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid strict measures imposed by the Israeli occupation forces around the mosque. The forces deployed a large number of troops at its gates and in the Old City. Israel has imposed a ban on Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza Strip from reaching the mosque for the past three years.
