The article discusses the experience of the Southern Forces in the Western Coast in 2018, during which territories held by the Houthis were liberated and the Southern Army advanced towards the city of Hodeidah. However, the soldiers faced poor treatment from the local residents, who felt that they had become occupiers rather than liberators, reflecting poor judgment and the unexpected outcomes of a liberation operation that was not carried out on Southern land. The article criticizes the decision to head north and links this experience to today, where the coffins are once again being repeated, indicating the cycle of losses and conflicts without achieving the hoped-for victory.
