Israel boosts military presence in northern Hebron
The Israeli occupation forces have intensified their military measures against the town of Beit Ommar north of Hebron, completely sealing it off with bulldozers and sand barriers, isolating it from its surroundings and preventing Palestinians from moving freely. They also set up checkpoints at two entrances and detained seven workers who were working on land reclamation in the village of Husan west of Bethlehem, as part of the Israeli escalation in military operations in both southern and northern parts of the West Bank.
