Five Dead and Missing in Mexico from Rachel and Simon
Five people have died and another five are still missing in Mexico as a result of the flooding and landslides caused by Tropical Storm "Rachel" and Hurricane "Simon." Fatalities have been recorded in different areas, with four members of the same family dying in the northwest of the country after being caught in flooding, and a man in Guerrero losing his life due to a wall collapse during Hurricane "Simon." Rescue crews have evacuated 32 stranded individuals trapped by the floodwaters using helicopters, while the speed of "Simon's" winds has decreased and its path has changed, amidst ongoing efforts to address the aftermath of both storms.
