Ukrainian Leader Expresses Betrayal by Trump
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he feels betrayed because of the agreement between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russia regarding diesel supplies, which led to a deterioration in American support for Ukraine, including the suspension of intelligence sharing and a slowdown in the Starlink system. Trump confirmed that Ukraine did not avoid targeting Russian oil refineries and called for reaching a peace agreement with Moscow. This comes amid U.S. warnings to Kyiv that Washington is prepared to cease intelligence cooperation. Zelensky expressed regret over losing a strong ally for his country, while Russia believes that the American agreements assist it in achieving its goals in Ukraine.
