Nasser Mensah nets winning goal for Zamalek
Al-Ahly Club achieved an important victory over Rwandan Army with a 1-0 win in the first-leg match of the Round of 32 in the CAF Champions League. Nasser Manasi scored the only goal of the match in the 90th minute, following a pass from Ahmed Abdel Rahim. This gives the White team a good opportunity to advance to the next round before the second-leg match in Cairo. The team launched a strong attacking effort at the start of the game, facing the defense of Rwandan Army and receiving decisive saves from Al-Ahly goalkeeper Al-Mahdi Suleiman. Additionally, the referee disallowed two goals—one for Al-Ahly and one for Rwandan Army—due to offside. This victory provides Al-Ahly with an advantage ahead of the return match, scheduled for October 24th.
