Russia’s Federal Security Service announced Sunday that it had arrested a minor suspected of planning a terrorist attack in Moscow, following intelligence provided by the United States. The agency said the teenager had posted a photo taken in Tsaritsyno Park, south of the capital, wearing military clothing and a mask. Investigators found the items shown in the photo at his home and also discovered searches related to terrorist attacks and mass killings. Authorities canceled public events scheduled to take place in the park and tightened security there, while the German Embassy urged its nationals to avoid visiting it.
