Aden’s perimeter security forces seized a shipment of 2,160,000 pregabalin pills at the Al-Alam checkpoint east of Aden, after becoming suspicious of a refrigerated truck arriving from the Al-Abr area. The pills were concealed in a camouflaged compartment of the trailer, and two men from Marib and Sana’a governorates were arrested. The suspects and the seized items are due to be referred to the Specialized Criminal Prosecution after preliminary procedures are completed.
