Lieutenant General Ahmed Abdullah al-Turki, adviser to the Presidential Leadership Council on defense and security affairs, said he was at the forefront of the fighting on the al-Majzaa and al-Zurayqa fronts. He affirmed his readiness to sacrifice himself in defense of the homeland and to restore the state from the Iranian-backed Houthi militias. He called for the two fronts to be reinforced with intensive military and air support, including combat aircraft, Apache helicopters, and drones, citing the rugged terrain and network of ravines.
