The Presidential Leadership Council affirmed that Operation “Dawn of Yemen” is continuing to achieve its objectives, foremost among them ending the coup and restoring state institutions and sovereignty. It said the armed forces had carried out 40,761 targeting operations since October 5, neutralizing around 20,000 Houthi leaders and members, and destroying or disabling more than 5,000 vehicles. The council called on Yemenis in areas under Houthi control to uphold the republican system, protect their children from recruitment, and reject the use of civilian facilities for military purposes.
