The UAE foiled an attempt to smuggle 200,000 Captagon pills and more than 30 kilograms of various narcotics into the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, arresting an international network of 20 suspects from Gulf, Arab, African and Asian countries. The operation was carried out in cooperation with anti-narcotics agencies and police in the UAE and Iraq, following an exchange of intelligence. In addition to the Captagon, quantities of cocaine, crystal meth, marijuana, hashish and spice were seized.
