The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources attended the closing ceremony of the "Qimam" program for developing young leaders in the industrial and mining sectors, aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The program aimed to empower leadership talents and prepare future leaders with high-level skills in leadership and policy formulation. It included an intensive three-year training journey, involving more than 60 participants, and encompassed field visits and leadership sessions to enhance participants' capabilities. During this period, 12 practical projects were implemented, and participants received training in change management and strategic skills. The program's goal is to support the development of the industrial and mining sectors and build national competencies to achieve the Kingdom's economic development objectives.
