Algeria seeks Chinese mining investments

The meetings, held at the Ministry of Mines headquarters in Algiers, focused on revitalizing the strategic partnership between the two countries and developing Chinese projects within the sector, including the Hajar Mine project, which contains 3.5 billion tons of iron, as well as Chinese investments totaling $4.5 billion across approximately 42 Algerian projects.
