Capital Market approves 100% Asaq share increase

The increase will be financed by transferring 46.6 million SAR from retained earnings and 23.9 million SAR from the issuance premium, bringing the total number of shares to 14.1 million instead of 7.05 million. The company must hold an extraordinary general assembly within six months to complete the procedures.
