Nasq inspects 105,000 during Hajj

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has concluded the 1447 AH pilgrimage season with the departure of the last guests, confirming that the digital and field service systems contributed to facilitating pilgrims' performance of their rituals. More than 105,000 regulatory inspections were carried out to improve the quality of services. The season also saw extensive use of the "Nusuk" app, which recorded over 54 million interactions and 1.3 million pilgrims as users. Multiple support services were provided to enhance the pilgrims' experience throughout their journey. The ministry has already begun preparing for the next season early on to strengthen service readiness and improve the pilgrim experience in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
