Mount Lebanon theft suspects detained

A Lebanese security report states that two individuals involved in armed robberies in the Mount Lebanon area have been detained. The suspects, a man and a woman, were identified through surveillance and investigations; the wife was arrested, while her partner escaped. The suspects admitted to carrying out numerous thefts using a BMW in various locations, as well as extorting victims for money, and both were found to be under the influence of drugs. They have been referred to the judiciary along with the confiscated items.
