Arrest of suspect leaving the Palace of Justice

A State Security patrol in Lebanon managed to apprehend a Lebanese individual wanted by a warrant of absence for charges including gunfire and involvement in a murder that took place in Akka about a month ago. He was arrested as he was leaving the Palace of Justice in Tripoli, and was also seen roaming around near the Serail.
