Turkey ranks second in Europe's hydro power

Turkey has become the second-largest hydroelectric power in Europe after Norway, following an increase in its total installed capacity to over 32,000 megawatts. Turkey ranks ninth worldwide in hydroelectric capacity, following China, Brazil, the United States, Canada, India, Russia, Japan, and Norway.
