Norwegian teen gets 20 years for UK murder plan

A 19-year-old Norwegian was sentenced to 20 years in prison in the UK for attempting to carry out a murder, having been recruited online by a Swedish criminal group linked to Iran. He responded to an online ad offering payment to kill, possessed weapons, and boasted about the act, though he claimed he did not intend to follow through. The case highlights concerns over young adults recruited as proxies for foreign states through online criminal networks.
