Ohtani Dodgers Jersey Sets Record
A jersey worn by Shohei Ohtani during the 2025 Tokyo Series set a new record for the most expensive baseball jersey sold in the 21st century, auctioned for over $2 million. The jersey features unique patches, including the first gold MLB logo, and was autographed by Ohtani in kanji. This item reflects Ohtani’s historic achievements, including winning the 2024 NL MVP and becoming the first player to hit 50 home runs and steal 50 bases in a season.
