Halle Berry Faces Ex-Husband Restraining Order

Hollywood star Halle Berry is facing a new legal crisis after her ex-husband, actor Olivier Martinez, filed an urgent petition for sole custody of their 12-year-old son, Maceo. The request is based on allegations that he was physically assaulted by Berry. The American court granted temporary primary custody to Martinez and issued a restraining order against Berry following accusations of abuse towards their son and the release of text messages that show an escalation of the conflict between the two. Berry's attorney denies the validity of these claims, asserting that they are unfounded, and emphasizes that Berry is focused on her child's best interests amid the current tensions.
