The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) is pleased to promote the participation of Saudi women in the labor market through its two programs, "Qurra" and "Wasal." These initiatives aim to reduce financial and logistical barriers faced by working mothers. The "Qurra" program provides financial support covering up to 50% of childcare center fees, with a maximum of between 800 and 1,000 SAR per month. It benefits single mothers with children from infancy up to 6 years old, for a duration of up to two years. Meanwhile, the "Wasal" program offers a discount of up to 80% on daily transportation costs to and from work through approved transportation partners. This enables women to travel easily between home and workplace for a period of 24 months, provided they continue working in the private sector. To benefit from these programs, applicants must register through the "Taqat" platform and follow specific steps, while adhering to the conditions of each program to ensure ongoing support and achieve stability both professionally and family-wise.
