Judge orders Verrisk to buy Aqyo Links for 2.3B

Judge Bonnie Dieford confirmed that the company's termination of the deal is invalid because Verisk intentionally obstructed the fulfillment of one of the conditions necessary for closing the deal. Verisk had canceled the agreement in December 2025 after receiving a notice from the Federal Trade Commission that it had not completed its review of the deal within the specified timeframe. Aculenix, however, contested this and affirmed its right to seek compensation for the costs it incurred.
