Heroic Knight 3 aids Gaza healthcare

Through Operation "Knight Hero 3," the United Arab Emirates has provided comprehensive medical support to the Gaza Strip, aimed at improving healthcare services and managing emergency situations. The initiatives included receiving over 54,000 patients at the field hospital in Rafah, dispatching medical convoys with 1,903 tons of medicines and supplies, establishing two medical centers serving approximately 4,000 patients monthly, in addition to mobile clinics, vaccination campaigns, prosthetics manufacturing, and providing ophthalmic glasses. UAE efforts also facilitated the evacuation of around 3,000 patients for treatment abroad and delivered more than 600,000 polio vaccines. Furthermore, support was provided to the ambulance services with 27 fully equipped vehicles. These initiatives focused on strengthening healthcare capacity, providing emergency care, prevention, and rehabilitation, as part of the ongoing UAE medical support for the Palestinians.
