Syrian Market Awaits Aramco Fuel Shipment

Saudi Aramco successfully exported its first diesel shipment to Syria in 14 years, with the Syrian Petroleum Company receiving more than 63,000 tons of diesel. This step aims to diversify sources of petroleum products and secure the local market. The purpose of this import is to enhance the stability of supplies and improve resource quality following disruptions in the Syrian market that led to shortages and fuel queues, as well as to improve gasoline quality and reduce commercial speculation.
