Oil assures winter fuel supply

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil has confirmed that it has taken early measures to ensure the domestic demand for petroleum derivatives, especially white oil and gas, during the winter season. These measures include strengthening the strategic stockpile and facilitating distribution. Officials and deputies clarified that local refineries are capable of meeting the demand, and that early actions help prevent fuel shortages during the cold period. They also emphasized that the current circumstances allow for the effective utilization of refining capacities to guarantee stable availability of derivatives and prevent any impact on citizens amidst regional tensions.
