South escalates with airstrikes and searches

Early this morning, Israeli occupation forces launched airstrikes on southern Lebanon, targeting areas near Al-Mansouri town and Bait Al-Siyad farm, coinciding with intense combing operations in Wadi Saloqi. Israel also launched several guided missiles aimed at hitting the regions there, leading to a new escalation of tensions between the two sides. This came after more than 30 people were killed in previous strikes on southern Lebanon, and it is part of Israeli ground operations to bolster security at their positions ahead of the upcoming tripartite meeting, amid regional and international escalations in the area.
