Drone strikes on US bases in Jordan and Kuwait

News reports have focused on targeting American bases in Jordan and Kuwait using Iranian drones, including Al-Adeiri Base in Iraq, Al-Salem Base in Kuwait, as well as fuel tanks in Jordan. These attacks are part of the fourteenth phase of Operation "Lightning," and the Iranian army aims to target support and coordination facilities for U.S. forces in the region. The targeted bases are among the most important centers supporting U.S. air operations in the Arabian Gulf. The number of direct casualties has not yet been clarified, but the attacks underscore a heightening of tensions between Iran and the United States in the region.
