The ministers warned that Israeli assaults provoke Muslim sentiments and increase the likelihood of escalation in religious conflicts. They stressed the need for international community and Security Council intervention to halt Israel’s illegitimate measures in Jerusalem, in order to preserve the two-state solution and regional and international security.
