Russian envoy cites Kyiv attacks casualties

A Russian report reveals that more than 9,000 civilians have been killed and over 25,500 others injured since Ukrainian attacks on Russian territory began in 2022. These operations are considered by Moscow to be terrorist acts and war crimes, specifically targeting areas that joined Russia, such as Donbas and Novorossiya. The methods of attack vary between missile strikes and drone incursions, with the impact particularly affecting vulnerable groups like women, children, and the elderly.
