Al-Bukhaiti: Saudi forces make no Taiz progress

The article addressed the escalation of military confrontations between Yemeni forces supported by Saudi Arabia and the Houthi movement (Ansar Allah). Yemeni sources confirmed that Yemeni troops managed to recapture important areas in Taiz, including the entrances to Bab el-Mandeb Strait and Zubair Airport, and made progress on the Mawash Front. Meanwhile, the Ansar Allah movement denied any advances by Saudi forces there, explaining that they pushed back military build-ups from eastern Al-Jawf and were able to seize strategic locations. Additionally, Yemeni officials led delegations alongside international representatives to discuss providing support to prevent weapons flows to the Houthis, amid an ongoing escalation of Houthi attacks, statements about regaining the initiative, and efforts to confront the Houthi threats.
