It emphasizes the concept of neutrality as an essential basis for protecting Lebanon from external interventions and regional conflicts. The article argues that Lebanon is not a homeland with a single identity or culture but a country with multiple identities and traditions. Therefore, it must remain united in its national identity while respecting cultural and linguistic diversity. It also highlights the need to implement political and administrative decentralization as part of strengthening national sovereignty, with a focus on confining weapons and security decisions to the state. The article concludes that Lebanon’s future requires restoring its independence, activating neutrality, and preserving national unity and sovereignty—ensuring equality among all sects and preventing any group or armed organization from dominating.
