Progress in electricity infrastructure development

During a press conference with Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, Prime Minister Nohad Machnouk confirmed that Lebanon is approaching the rehabilitation and development of its electricity production infrastructure. This will be achieved through an integrated project based on the "BOT" model, in which Qatari entities will finance, implement, and operate the project without imposing any initial investment costs on the Lebanese treasury.
