France to get 200,000 tons of diesel monthly from UAE and Bahrain

A French report stated that President Emmanuel Macron, during his Gulf tour, secured commitments to provide approximately 295,000 tons of diesel monthly from the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. The goal is to ease pressure on fuel markets and prices in France. These amounts serve as a replacement for local needs, accounting for more than 10% of the country's diesel consumption. Additionally, the commitments from the four countries include ensuring a steady supply of fuel to meet rising demand and to mitigate the impact of global market fluctuations.
