Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad form new councils

The Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli clubs intend to form new management boards during a transitional period lasting 90 days, with the goal of paving the way for the transfer of their ownership to interested purchasing companies. The new formations are expected to involve shifts in the representation of the Public Investment Fund, with the possibility of appointing new members and retaining some current members until the acquisition process is completed. This comes in the context of the Sports Ministry's decision to dissolve the club management boards following the transfer of non-profit share ownership to the Public Investment Fund, as part of efforts to develop the ownership structure and enhance its investment attractiveness, contributing to the sustainability and long-term growth of both clubs.
