Union Vising waits for Elykhinia's report

Al Ittihad's team, led by Jens Fisking, is awaiting a medical report concerning the injury of Nigerian striker George Elikiniya to determine his readiness to participate in upcoming matches. His injury could potentially exclude him from the upcoming clash against Al Hilal in the highly anticipated Classic scheduled for Saturday, during the eighth round of the Saudi Pro League. Elikiniya was injured while with the Nigerian national team but later played for 15 minutes in a match Nigeria lost, after scoring a goal in his previous game. The player's availability is important for the team, as he has shown a strong start to the current season, with four goals and two assists in six matches. Al Ittihad currently ranks second in the league standings with 17 points, just one point behind the league leaders, Al Hilal.
