Arsenal unearths Arteta's contract

Reports suggest that Arsenal Football Club kept the contract of coach Mikel Arteta inside a 140-year-old wooden box as part of its celebration of the club's founding anniversary in 1886. The contract was presented by CEO Richard Garlick into the box, which was transformed into a small office when opened. This heritage piece serves as a reminder of the club's historical origins, which began in 1886 after a meeting of the founders of the cricket club "Dale Square." The box is considered a symbol of authenticity and tradition, reflecting the club's connection to its past, especially following the extension of Arteta’s contract until June 2030. Arteta led the team to win the English Premier League title last season.
