Bottas cycling from Malaysia to Singapore

The Finnish driver Valtteri Bottas decided to cover a distance of 350 kilometers on a bicycle after his early withdrawal from the Bahrain Grand Prix, which was mostly held in Malaysia. A mistake in estimating the tire type suitable for the wet track caused his car to skid and led to his stop after just nine laps. To avoid air travel between Malaysia and Singapore, Bottas embarked on a journey that involved covering 56 kilometers on the first day and 162 kilometers the next day, with the entire trip expected to take three days to reach Singapore, where he will participate in the race events. This adventurous effort reflects the spirit of challenge and professionalism that characterizes him, as he aims to arrive in time to participate in the media day before the race begins.
