National Salon of Visual Arts Aims to Celebrate Creativity

The Tunisian Ministry of Cultural Affairs has launched the third edition of the National Visual Arts Salon, an annual national event aimed at highlighting and developing the visual and plastic arts in the country. The salon is held at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and seeks to promote a culture of respecting authors’ rights, encourage artistic exchange and renewal, with a focus on involving artists from within the country. The event features parallel programs including seminars, workshops, and live performance art such as "Performances," as well as honoring visual artist Hachmi Merzouki. The goal is to support contemporary artistic experiments and stimulate innovation within the Tunisian art scene.
