Egypt uncovers 1700-year-old Greek tomb
Scientists have discovered a limestone tomb dating back to the 4th century AD in the Dakhla Oasis in Egypt. It is believed to be dedicated to a husband and wife. Inside the tomb, a stone slab was found bearing a 19-line elegy written in ancient Greek. The poem, composed by a son mourning his father's death, reflects the presence of an ancient Greek cultural heritage in the area.
