UAE to Cover Tickets for Gulf Final
Sources have indicated that the UAE Football Association will cover the costs of purchasing all tickets for Emirati fans for the 2026 Gulf Cup final, "Gulf 27," held in Jeddah. The match will be between the UAE and Saudi Arabia at the Al Enma’a Stadium, with a capacity of 63,000 spectators. This step aims to support the Emirati fans, with an expected attendance of around 30,000, facilitated by the allocation of 6 to 12 private jets to transport the supporters. The UAE national team is seeking to win its fourth title in the tournament, having reached the final for the fourth time, while Saudi Arabia aims to reaffirm its dominance after winning twice compared to the UAE's single victory. The match comes amid strong challenges, with the Saudi defense known for its resilience and the UAE attack having scored 9 goals so far.
