The battles in Yemen are intensifying between the government forces supported by the Arab coalition backing legitimacy and the Houthis, with continued mutual attacks on multiple fronts, especially in Taiz, Marib, and the Western Coast. Government forces have made progress in some areas, such as controlling the center of Al-Masirah District and inflicting losses in lives and equipment on the Houthis, while the Houthis hold other regions, such as Jabal Habbashi. Extensive military operations have been carried out by the coalition supporting legitimacy, including the destruction of more than 136 military targets, neutralizing over 1,400 Houthi fighters, and destroying more than 250 military vehicles. Coalition airstrikes on Houthi positions also continue, as the regions experience ongoing military escalation. The Yemeni government has appealed to the international community to prevent the flow of weapons to the Houthis, amidst ongoing hostilities after four months of relative calm and failed peace efforts.
